Product Overview
The VeZol-Pure Total RNA Isolation Kit is suitable for isolating high-quality total RNA from various samples, including cultured cells and animal/plant tissues. This kit combines phenol/guanidine lysis with silica membrane purification of total RNA, offering advantages such as strong lysis capability, wide compatibility, speed, high yield, and high purity. After thorough lysis with VeZol reagent, RNA is specifically adsorbed from the aqueous phase through the silica membrane. The obtained total RNA can be directly used for molecular biology experiments such as RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, Northern blotting, dot blotting, in vitro translation, and high-throughput sequencing.

This kit combines phenol/guanidine lysis and column purification technologies, offering advantages such as strong lysis capability, wide compatibility, rapid operation, high yield, and high purity.

- Wide Compatibility
RC202 - VeZol-Pure Total RNA lsolation Kit can extract RNA from various animal tissues rich in RNA (e.g., liver, heart) or tissues with low RNA content (e.g., adipose tissue), cells, simple plants, and fresh whole blood. The broad compatibility of RC202 is shown in Figure 2.
- High Quality
RNA was extracted from 30 mg rat liver, 1 × 10^6 A549 cells, and 50 mg rice leaves using the RC202-VeZol-Pure Total RNA Isolation Kit and other similar products from Supplier A-D. Data indicated that the RNA products were of high RNA yield and integrity (Figure 3) and RNA purity (Figure 4).
