PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The One-Step Mouse Genotyping Kit V2 is designed for rapid genotyping in mice. This kit contains lysis buffer for rapid release of genomic DNA from mouse tissues such as tail, ear, toe, and liver, and is also suitable for plant leaves, blood, and 293 cell samples. The lysis buffer can be used directly as a PCR amplification template after centrifugation.
This kit contains 2× Rapid Taq Plus Master Mix (with dye), which includes next-generation hot-start Taq DNA polymerase and an optimized buffer system. Amplification can be performed simply by adding primers and template, reducing pipetting operations and improving throughput and reproducibility. Repeated tests have shown that this kit is widely applicable for amplifying complex genotypes and fragments up to 8 kb in size. Furthermore, this product contains tracer dyes for direct electrophoretic analysis after the reaction.
