ClonExpress Ultra One Step Cloning Kit V3 utilizes the latest optimized technology, enabling highly efficient homologous recombination of 1 - 11 DNA fragments. The newly optimized 2 × CE Mix V3 not only ensures a high cloning success rate for complicated situations such as large vectors and GC-rich/poor homologous arms, but also significantly enhances compatibility with amounts of DNA input. This greatly solves the problem of reduced cloning efficiency caused by low DNA fragment concentration.

Simple and Fast Workflow
It is recommended to use Vazyme's online primer design software - CE Design for designing primers. The kit uses the properties of a proprietary ''Exnase'' Recombinase to assemble DNA fragments with shared terminal end homology without leaving any extra sequences or scars behind (seamless cloning) (Figure 1). Transform the assembled product into competent cells directly, and hundreds of single clones will be formed on the plate for positive screening.

High Clone Count
After testing 30 systems, the results show that the number of cloness on Vazyme #C117 plates is higher than that of Suppliers A, B, and C (Figure 2).

High Positive Rate
After testing 30 systems, the results show that the positive rate of Vazyme #C117 is all above 95% (Figure 3).

Broad compatibility
Vector input amount: 0.003 pmol; fragment input amount: 0.006 pmol (1/10 of the standard input amount). As shown in Figure 4, the results indicate that C117 is suitable for ultra-low input of inserts, 10 - 35 bp and 6.7%/86.7% GC overlaps.
