VAHTS Universal V10 RNA-seq Library Prep Kit (Premixed Version) is a transcriptome library preparation kit specifically developed for Illumina and MGI high-throughput sequencing platforms. It contains premixed reagents that simplify operations and reduce hands-on time. These include two types of cDNA second strand synthesis reagents, allowing the preparation of either non-stranded or stranded transcriptome libraries as needed. It is compatible with multiple species while delivering a high library yield.

Performance
Wide species compatibility
Vazyme #NR616 combined with ribo-clean kits (e.g., Vazyme #RN416/RN419) enables efficient performance across diverse species while delivering a low rRNA ratio. See the Figure 1.
High mapping ratio across both platforms
The sequencing results indicate that Vazyme #NR616 supports both Illumina and MGI platforms and achieves higher mapping and mRNA ratio compared to Supplier A. See the Figure 2 and 3.
