PRODUCT OVERVIEW
VAHTS ssDNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is a single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) library preparation kit developed specifically for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. Based on efficient single-stranded ligation technology, the kit can convert ssDNA into sequencing libraries. It is also suitable for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) library preparation and mixed ssDNA and dsDNA library preparation. It is compatible with DNA samples as short as 40bp and 10 pg - 250 ng of Input DNA. It is suitable for damaged, denatured or severely degraded DNA samples and is an ideal choice for library construction of difficult-to-handle and precious samples. The optimized library construction process enables library construction to be completed within 2 hours, with manual operation time of less than 30 minutes. It is suitable for automated library construction and compatible with capture processes. All reagents in the kit have undergone strict quality control and functional testing to ensure optimal stability and reproducibility of library construction.
