VAHTS Universal V10 RNA-seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina is an RNA-seq library preparation kit designed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. The kit contains two types of 2nd Strand cDNA synthesis buffers, which can be used for non-strand-specific or strand-specific RNA-seq library preparation. The kit integrates 2nd Strand cDNA synthesis, end repair, and dA-Tailing into one step, without purification, greatly simplifying the library construction process and shortening the operation time. 
 
The optimized reaction system improves the efficiency of library construction, is compatible with lower Input RNA, and has uniform coverage for different amounts of Input RNA. The kit utilizes magnetic bead-based size selection to quickly obtain customized libraries of specific sizes to meet different experimental needs. 
 
All components provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing to ensure optimal stability and reproducibility.
