Product Overview
SuperPico ECL Master Mix is a sensitive, luminol-based enhanced chemiluminescent substrate for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) on immunoblots.
This product is a new single-component ready-to-use reagent, based on proprietary technology to break through the conventional mode of mixing substrate A and peroxide B in equal volumes before use, making the operation more convenient, effectively avoiding pipetting errors and possible contaminations, improving the consistency and reproducibility of results.
Additionally, SuperPico ECL Master Mix enables low picogram detection of protein and produces a prolonged chemiluminescence.
