Product Overview
Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (Prevalent Species) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA of human, rat, mouse, and macaca. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.

Performance
Wide species compatibility with outstanding rRNA removal efficiency: rRNA residuals in samples from human, mouse, rat, and Macaca mulatta were reduced to below 5%. See Figure 1 above.
