Product Overview
Ribo-clean rRNA Depletion Kit Mega (Fungi) efficiently removes rRNA from 0.01 – 1 μg total RNA of fungi, such as Pleurotus ostreatus, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, Botrytis cinerea, Candida albicans, and Purpureocillium lilacinum. Through probe hybridization followed by RNase H and DNase I digestion, the kit selectively depletes rRNA while preserving mRNA and other non-coding RNAs (e.g., lncRNA) for downstream analysis.

Performance
