The miRNA 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit (by stem-loop) is a kit specifically designed for the synthesis of stem-loop miRNA cDNA single-strands. This kit includes a genomic DNA removal step, which rapidly removes genomic DNA contamination within 2 minutes at 42°C, ensuring the reliability of subsequent experimental results. The HiScript II reverse transcriptase used in this kit exhibits extremely high thermostability, and the optimized buffer system facilitates the generation of miRNA-specific reverse transcription products. For optimal experimental results, it is recommended to use the miRNA universal SYBR qPCR premix (#MQ101) for subsequent cDNA product quantification.
