PRODUCT OVERVIEW
 
The MiPure Cell/Tissue miRNA Kit is designed for the isolation of small RNA (miRNA, <200 nt) from fewer than 5 × 106 eukaryotic cells or less than 100 mg of animal tissue. 
 
The resulting miRNA is highly pure, free of large RNA or genomic DNA contamination, and can be directly used in experiments such as microarrays, Northern blots, RT-PCR, and miRNA library preparation. 
 
This kit utilizes highly efficient RNA isolater extraction reagents and silica column purification technology, enabling complete miRNA isolation within 1 hour. 
 
Furthermore, the kit can be used to isolate large RNA (>200 nt) or total RNA (including miRNA) to meet diverse needs.
