The Duo-Lite Luciferase Assay System is a kind of dual reporter gene detection kit featured by high sensitivity, stability and homogeneity. With high purity firefly luciferin and coelenterazine, firstly, the kit detects the firefly luciferase with luciferin as the substrate, and then terminates the catalytic reaction of firefly luciferase. At the same time, it can detect the renilla luciferase with coelenterazine as substrate, thereby realizing the double luciferase reporter gene detection.
