Cleavage Under Targets and Release Using Nuclease (CUT&RUN) is a novel method for studying protein-DNA interactions. This method utilizes antibody-guided pG-MNase to achieve precise targeting of the target protein and cleave the DNA sequence near the target site.

 

With its optimized reaction system and library construction workflow, this kit offers numerous advantages over traditional chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-Seq), including high success rate, excellent antibody compatibility, short operation time, and simple procedures, making it particularly suitable for early embryonic development, stem cell, cancer, and epigenetics.
