PRODUCT OVERVIEW
HiScript IV All-in-One RT Red SuperMix for qPCR (+gDNA Wiper) is an upgraded all-in-one reverse transcription reagent designed specifically for qPCR applications. It integrates all the components needed for genomic DNA removal and RNA reverse transcription into a single-tube formulation; simply add template RNA and ddH₂O to start the reaction. Pipetting during cDNA synthesis can be visually confirmed. An optimized red tracer dye does not interfere with the acquisition of fluorescence signals for downstream dye- or probe-based qPCR detection, ensuring amplification sensitivity and plateau stability.
