PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The HiScript III U+ One-Step qRT-PCR Probe Kit is designed for qPCR using RNA (e.g., viral RNA) as a template. This kit uses gene-specific primers (GSPs) to perform reverse transcription and qPCR in the same reaction tube, significantly reducing pipetting steps, lowering the risk of contamination, and effectively preventing PCR product contamination. Combining the superior performance of HiScript III reverse transcriptase and hot-start Taq DNA polymerase with an optimized buffer system, the HiScript III U+ One-Step qRT-PCR Probe Kit achieves detection sensitivity of up to 0.1 pg total RNA or less than 10 copies of RNA template, and exhibits enhanced thermostability. The HiScript III U+ One-Step qRT-PCR Probe Kit is supplied as a Master Mix. The 5× One Step U+ Mix contains an optimized buffer and dNTP mixture suitable for highly specific detection systems based on fluorescently labeled probes (e.g., TaqMan). In addition, a dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system was introduced, which can operate at room temperature to eliminate the impact of amplification product contamination on qPCR and ensure the accuracy of results.
