FlysisAmp Cells-to-cDNA Kit, SKU: CL111
A fast cell lysis buffer and reverse transcription master mix.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The FlysisAmp Cell cDNA Extraction Kit is a rapid and efficient kit for direct cDNA extraction from cells, suitable for 10-10^6 cultured cells. Genomic DNA removal and RNA acquisition can be completed directly in the cell culture plate, eliminating the need for complex RNA extraction steps. First-strand cDNA synthesis is performed using the upgraded HiScript IV RT SuperMix, with the entire process taking only 27 minutes, improving efficiency and reducing sample purification losses.

This kit is compatible with various cell types (adherent or suspension cells) and cell numbers, and addresses the issue of poor extraction efficiency with traditional methods when cell numbers are low. This kit can be used for high-throughput (96-well/384-well cell culture plates) cellular RNA acquisition and first-strand cDNA synthesis.

Performance

  • Easy to operate: No need for traditional extraction steps such as tube transfer and centrifugation, the operation can be performed directly in the culture plate. Only two steps are required, and the cell gDNA is cleared and RNA is lysed in 7-9 minutes. The lysate is directly used for cDNA synthesis. The whole process is as fast as 27 minutes.

Applications

It is applicable for cDNA synthesis directly from 10 - 10^6 cultured cells (adherent or suspension cells).
