PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The FastPure FFPE DNA Extraction Kit is designed for isolating genomic DNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue, overcoming the inhibitory effects of formalin cross-linking. The deparaffinization solution used in this kit is safer than xylene. DNA-specific spin columns and a unique buffer system ensure high-quality DNA. The entire extraction process takes only 20 minutes (excluding enzyme digestion).
The extracted genomic DNA exhibits high integrity, purity, and consistent quality, making it suitable for a variety of downstream applications, including PCR, qPCR, and library preparation.
Storage
Proteinase K powder: Store at 2 ~ 8°C and adjust the shipping method according to the destination.
Store dissolved Proteinase K at -30 ~ -15°C.
Store the other components at 15 ~ 25°C and transport at room temperature.
