    PRODUCT OVERVIEW

    The FastPure Blood/Cell/Tissue/Bacteria DNA Isolation Mini Kit is suitable for extracting genomic DNA from ≤200 μl of fresh or frozen anticoagulated whole blood, <25 mg of animal tissues, <5 × 10^6 of cultured cells, and <3 × 10^9 cultured bacterial samples.

     

    The kit is based on silica gel column purification technology, eliminating the need for extraction using phenol/chloroform organic solvents or time-consuming alcohol precipitation step.

     

    With this kit, RNA, proteins, lipids, and other inhibitory impurities can be removed at the greatest extent. The DNA obtained can be directly used in PCR, qPCR, enzyme digestion and virus detection.

     

    # Wide sample applicability

    DNA was extracted and purified from the following 21 samples using the DC112 kit. The final product was verified by agarose gel electrophoresis. Elution volume was 100 µl, and electrophoresis was performed on a 1% agarose gel with a sample load of 160–180 ng. The results demonstrate that the kit is compatible with a wide range of sample types and can purify high-quality genomic DNA from various species. (See Figure 2)

     

    ##  High DNA yields and purity

    Genomic DNA was extracted from HEK 293 cells, rat liver tissue, and Staphylococcus aureus using Vazyme DC112 ("V" in Figure 3), products from suppliers A, B, C, and D, similar to Vazyme product. The concentration and purity of the resulting DNA were assessed. As shown in the figures, DC112 yielded higher genomic DNA yields than the other comparable products for each sample type, and the OD260/280 and OD260/230 ratios were closer to the standard values, indicating improved DNA purity. (See Figure 3)
