This kit integrates DNA denaturation and bisulfite conversion into a single step, reducing the conversion time to less than 100 minutes, and utilizes magnetic beads for desulfonation and purification. Bisulfite-converted DNA can be used for downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and NGS.
