Product Overview
The EpiArt DNA Methylation Library Kit for Illumina V3 is a methyl-seq DNA library construction kit specifically developed for the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. Based on efficient single-stranded ligation technology, this kit can convert 10 pg - 250 ng of DNA samples into sequencing libraries and is compatible with DNA samples as short as 40 bp. The optimized library construction workflow can be completed within 2 hours, with manual operation time not exceeding 30 minutes. This kit is suitable for automated library construction and is compatible with capture processes. All reagents in the kit undergo rigorous quality control and functional testing to ensure optimal stability and reproducibility of library construction.
