Product Overview
Clever Ultra PAGE Gel is an easy-to-use, stable, and high-performance precast polyacrylamide gel designed for reliable protein separation. Featuring an acidic gel system for long-term storage stability, it is compatible with two commonly used running buffer systems, MOPS and MES. A specially coated plate helps produce sharper bands with reduced background, while automated casting ensures excellent batch-to-batch consistency. Available in 10-, 12-, and 15-well formats with 4% - 12% and 4% - 20% gradient gel options, Clever Ultra PAGE Gel enables optimal separation of proteins across a broad molecular weight range.

Performance
Ready to use
Clever Ultra PAGE Gel is ready to use, requiring only removal of the sealing tape and comb before sample loading and electrophoresis, eliminating the need for gel casting or buffer preparation. See Figure 1.
High-capacity Wells
Under the same well format and electrophoresis conditions, Clever Ultra PAGE Gel supports up to 70 μl sample loading, providing higher loading capacity than comparable precast gels without compromising separation performance. See Figure 2.
Fast Electrophoresis
Clever Ultra PAGE Gel enables rapid protein separation under standard electrophoresis conditions, significantly reducing run time while maintaining excellent resolution across low to high molecular weight proteins. Its optimized gel matrix accelerates migration speed, delivering faster results without compromising separation quality. See Figure 3.
