CellCounting-Lite 3D Luminescent Cell Viability Assay, SKU: DD1102

CellCounting-Lite 3D (CCL3D) is a cell viability assay that detects the amount of ATP released by micro-tissue cell clump, sphenoid or organoids under 3D cell culture conditions.

 

Product Overview

CellCounting-Lite 3D (CCL3D) is a cell viability assay based on a luciferase system. This reagent contains high-purity luciferin, thermostable luciferase, and optimized reaction reagents, resulting in enhanced lysis capabilities and making it more suitable for micro-tissue cell clump samples under 3D cell culture conditions.

 

Adding this product to cell cultures causes cell clumps to lyse and release ATP, resulting in the reaction shown in Figure 1 and emitting a stable light signal. Within a certain range, the luminescence intensity is directly proportional to the ATP content (i.e., the number of viable cells). Therefore, this product can be used for the quantitative detection of viable cell counts.
