Product Overview
The Mouse CD3+ T Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate CD3+ T cells from single-cell suspensions in mouse spleen, lymph nodes, and other tissues using a negative selection method. The principle involves labeling non-target cells with biotin-labeled monoclonal antibodies, followed by the removal of non-target cells using streptavidin magnetic beads, thus achieving the sorting of mouse CD3+ T cells.
This product yields target cells with up to 99% purity in just 16 minutes. No abnormal cell activation occurs after sorting, therefore it does not affect subsequent experiments. A magnetic rod or magnetic rack is required during the separation process.
