PRODUCT OVERVIEW

BioSmart U+ All-Purpose Multiplex Probe qPCR Premix (Single Tube) is a probe-based DNA multiplex amplification qPCR premix that supports primer and probe premixing. BioSmart DNA polymerases are screened using Vazyme's proprietary BioSmart platform, which selects enzymes with long sequence of shortest extended bases and strong 3' end mismatch recognition capabilities.

 

Combined with high-blocking-rate bispecific antibodies (capable of binding to different antigenic epitopes) and an optimized buffer system, it effectively improves the sensitivity, specificity, low copy number detection rate, GC content compatibility, and impurity tolerance (blood, ethanol, guanidine salts, etc.) of multiplex amplification. This premix supports rapid program setup and primer and probe premixing.

 

Furthermore, the dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system in the 2× All-Purpose qPCR premix effectively prevents aerosol contamination, ensuring the accuracy of qPCR results.
