PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Bio-Lite Luciferase Assay system is a firefly luciferase reporter gene detection kit with ultra-high sensitivity, stability and uniformity. The kit contains high-purity luciferin and optimized reaction reagents, which are more stable, more environmentally tolerant and have less odor. The mixed Bio-Lite detection reagent is directly added to the cell culture medium, the cells are lysed, and the luciferase is released, and the reaction shown in Figure 1 occurs, emitting a stable light signal.
Storage
Storage temperature is -30~-15°C, transportation temperature ≤0°C.
Dissolving and dispensing reagents: long-term storage temperature is -85~-65°C, or short-term storage temperature is -30~-15°C (no more than one month).
Stop solution and reaction buffer: long-term storage temperature is 2~8°C.
