PRODUCT OVERVIEW
AceQ Universal U+ Probe Master Mix V2 is a probe-based qPCR reagent. The core ingredient, AceTaq DNA polymerase, is a chemically modified hot-start DNA polymerase.
Combined with the optimized qPCR buffer, it can effectively inhibit nonspecific amplification and significantly improve amplification efficiency, making it suitable for high-sensitivity qPCR.
This product is a 2×Master Mix, which can obtain a good standard curve within a wide quantitative range, accurately quantitatively detect target genes, and has good repeatability and high reliability.
This product contains a unique ROX Passive Reference Dye, which is suitable for all qPCR instruments, and the ROX concentration does not need to be adjusted on different instruments.
In addition, this product introduces a dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system that can work at room temperature to eliminate the impact of amplification product contamination on qPCR and ensure the accuracy of the results.
