The AccurSTART U+ One-Step RT-qPCR Probe Kit (FOR FAST) is a probe-based rapid RT-qPCR detection kit suitable for single-plex or multiplex quantitative PCR using RNA (e.g., RNA viruses) as templates. This product utilizes a next-generation antibody-modified Taq DNA polymerase and a one-step reverse transcriptase, combined with optimized buffer for rapid amplification, resulting in faster amplification speed, higher amplification efficiency, and higher specificity. It supports balanced single-plex and multiplex amplification of both low and high concentration samples in a short time. Furthermore, this product incorporates a dUTP/UDG anti-contamination system, allowing it to operate at room temperature and eliminating the influence of amplified product contamination on qPCR, ensuring accurate results.
