8 min rapid plasmid DNA extraction for small scale preparation
Product Overview
This kit utilizes an optimized alkaline lysis method to extract high-purity plasmid DNA from 1-4 ml of overnight bacterial cultures, significantly improving nucleic acid release efficiency. A unique silica-based membrane adsorption technology effectively binds the plasmid while removing proteins, polysaccharides, and other impurities. A unique P2 indicator solution allows for visual confirmation of the completeness of lysis and neutralization, ensuring extraction quality and ease of use.
The extracted plasmid DNA yield is high, requiring only 8 minutes. The purified plasmid DNA can be directly used for restriction endonuclease digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation, transfection of certain common cell lines, and other biological experiments.
