2 x Rapid Taq Master Mix uses an enhanced DNA polymerase with an extension time of 15 seconds/kb, and even faster extension times up to 1 second/kb for fragments ≤1 kb.
Product Overview
The 2 x Rapid Taq Master Mix contains Taq DNA Polymerase, elongation promoting factor, dNTP, and optimized buffer system. The amplification speed of this product can reach 15 seconds/kb, which is suitable for rapid PCR. The amplification speed can reach up to 1 second/kb for DNA fragments within 1kb, greatly saving reaction time.
The 2 x Rapid PCR Master Mix only needs to add primers and templates for amplification, which reduces pipetting operations and improves detection throughput and result reproducibility.
This kit has excellent amplification performance and high storage stability. It is suitable for PCR amplification within 5kb with genome as template and PCR amplification within 10kb with plasmid and λDNA as template. The protective agent added to the system enables 2 x Master Mix to maintain stable activity after repeated freezing and thawing.
This product contains loading buffer and tracking dye. After the reaction, the PCR product can be directly loaded for electrophoresis, which is convenient to use.
The PCR product has adenine at the 3' end and can be cloned into the T vector. It is compatible with ClonExpress (#C116/C117/) and TOPO cloning kits (#C603).
