PRODUCT OVERVIEW
2×Phanta Flash Master Mix is a new generation of high-quality enzyme developed based on Phanta Flash Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase. Through targeted optimization of Phanta DNA Polymerase, Phanta Flash Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase has the characteristics of fast amplification speed (4-5 seconds/kb) while maintaining high fidelity and yield. The amplification error rate of Phanta Flash Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase is 81 times lower than that of traditional Taq DNA Polymerase. With the optimized buffer system, the kit can achieve high amplification specificity and has good compatibility with crude samples, uracil-containing templates, and GC-rich systems (primers/templates). The kit contains two monoclonal antibodies that inhibit 5'→3' polymerase activity and 3'→5' exonuclease activity at room temperature, enabling hot-start PCR with good specificity.
It contains all the required reaction components (Phanta Flash Super-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer) except primers and templates, thus simplifying the operation process and improving detection throughput and reproducibility. The amplified product is blunt-ended and compatible with ClonExpress kits (Vazyme #C112/C113/C116) and TOPO cloning kits (Vazyme #C603).
